These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of rebecenvironmental.com and our online store at rebecenvironmental.shop (together, the "Site"), operated by Rebec Environmental, Inc., doing business as Rebec Solutions ("Rebec," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who may use the Site

You may use the Site only if you can form a binding contract with Rebec and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The Site and our products are intended for dental professionals, practices, and institutional buyers.

Informational content is not professional advice

Rebec publishes educational content about amalgam separators, dental amalgam waste, and related regulatory topics, including EPA requirements, ISO 11143:2008, and waste-disposal and compliance guidance. This content is provided for general informational purposes only and is not legal, regulatory, environmental, or professional advice. Regulations change and vary by state and locality. You are responsible for confirming the requirements that apply to your practice with your own advisors and with the appropriate regulatory authorities. We make no guarantee that any information on the Site is current, complete, or applicable to your situation.

Products, pricing, and orders

We try to describe our products and pricing accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, or other content on the Site or store are error-free, complete, or current. We may correct errors, change or update information, and change or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Purchases made through our online store are subject to these Terms and to any additional terms presented at checkout by our third-party e-commerce and payment providers. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers; by placing an order you authorize us and those providers to charge your selected payment method.

Shipping. Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. If you have a question about an order, a delivery, or the status of your equipment, contact us and we'll help. Coverage for eligible products is handled through the applicable warranty described below rather than a standard return window.

Product warranty

Our product warranties — including the Limited Lifetime Warranty offered on eligible amalgam separators — are described in the applicable warranty documentation and are subject to its terms and conditions, including required annual maintenance. Except as expressly stated in that warranty documentation, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our products and the Site are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, product names, images, and design — are owned by Rebec or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference or to evaluate our products, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written permission. "Rebec," "Rebec Solutions," "Pristine," "CatchHg," and related product names and logos are marks of Rebec and its affiliates.

Acceptable use

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Snohomish County, Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above and post the updated version here. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
